• Procedures for Driving through the Student Pick-Up Line

    MORNING DROP OFF:  Next to Cafeteria

    AFTERNOON PICK UP:  North Side of Martin Luther King Drive past the gym.


    SLOW DOWN AND WATCH FOR CHILDREN!

    Do not stop your vehicle as you turn into the parking lot.


    AFTERNOON PICK UP: Buses must use this route to enter the parking lot.

    Turn left immediately and drive your car forward to the next place in line. 


    Children will not be allowed to enter your car until your vehicle is parked in line.


    PLEASE BE COURTEOUS! Children are watching!

  • Procedures for Checking Students In Late or Out Early

    Late Check-in

    Parents must come into the office to sign in tardy students.


    Check-out on regular days:

    Students must be checked out no later than 2:00 PM


    PHOTO ID is required!

  • Procedures for Having Another Person Pick-Up Your Child

    Please be sure that you have listed all persons who may pick up your child from school on your student information list AND on your online ActiveParent registration. Otherwise, the student will not be able to leave campus with another person.

  • Procedures for Dispensing Medication

    Please make an appointment to see our school nurse in order to discuss options for dispensing medications during school hours.  You will need to bring the original prescription bottle and/or a written statement from the prescribing medical professional explaining the student's need to take the medication during school hours.  You will also be required to sign a form granting your permission  Only our school nurse (or someone designated by the scho. ol nurse) is granted permission to distribute any medication on campus.

  • Procedures for Telephoning Change of Transportation

    During emergency situations it may become necessary for you to call the school to notify staff of a change in transportation for your child.


    Please understand that these calls cannot be handled after 12:30.
